We are in our warehouse much of the day, and it is hard to talk on the phone, so please email us instead of calling.
Hours of operation are: M-F 9-5 . We are Closed Sat and Sun, however we generally answer emails everyday.
We use 2 methods for shipping our tutu skirts. US Mail Priority is 2-3 days. We use UPS for Overnight and 2 Day Air.
UPS Ground is also used if you are in the N or S East.
RETURNS: We do not offer returns. However, if we make a mistake with your order, we will correct it at once!

Place your order online and at the end, you will choose International shipping. The $ amount varies. For Canada it is $15 and higher. For Europe, United Arab Emirates, Dubai, Russia, Brazil it is $30 and higher. International Orders take 5-15 days to arrive.
Nearly all of our items are in stock and ready to ship to you. If you need an order by a certain date, then please tell us when you place your order, so we may prioritize it for you. We normally take 2 or 3 business days to ship orders, because we have many each morning to ship. It is a constant cycle that we run, and we ship orders out as fast as we can.
